Professional tattoo artist rates Sean O’Malley’s ink

Sean O’Malley is quickly becoming one of the most popular stars in the UFC right now. The rising bantamweight contender is known for his prolific strikes inside the cage as well as his bold and colorful personality outside. ‘Sugar’ knows how to stand out and it shows in her appearance.

O’Malley’s ever-changing hairstyles and multiple tattoos on her body give her a distinct look that fans have come to appreciate over the years. In a video posted recently on the FightForward YouTube channel, professional tattoo artist Clara rated some of Sean O’Malley’s tattoos and revealed some interesting facts.

She pointed out that the owl tattoo on O’Malley’s chest was used to cover up letters that were previously inked below his collarbone. She also claimed that the owl’s face appears to have been left incomplete, likely to “fill an empty void in the soul”. She says:

“I think it’s a cover-up so you can see he used to have letters under his collarbones and now it’s a cover-up. You can see the letters coming through, it’s not not a good thing, it needs a little more contrast in terms of light and dark… The owl needs a face because he looks a little sad and lonely because he doesn’t didn’t color the belly, so I don’t know if it’s to fill a void in the soul in life.”

Former bantamweight champ says he’d ‘eat’ Sean O’Malley alive in potential clash

According to Cejudo, O’Malley’s performance “absolutely sucks” and claimed that “Sugar” isn’t as good a fighter as he thinks he is. Cejudo has weighed in on the outcome of a potential matchup with O’Malley, saying he would “eat this guy alive”.

In a recent episode of Triple C and Schmo show, Cejudo said:

“He doesn’t want that smoke. That would be the worst. It would be like Jake Paul versus Jon Jones. I would eat that guy alive.”
