Aaron Carter Reveals Giant Colorful Face Tattoo

If we’ve learned anything over the past few years, it’s that Aaron Carter loves face tattoos. Now, if you haven’t been following the “I Want Candy” singer, this probably comes as a shock. However, Carter has come a long way from wishing Lizzie McGuire a Merry Christmas and fully embracing the inked lifestyle.

Carter’s new face tattoo is her most colorful piece yet. The tattoo is a large blue butterfly on the right side of her forehead with watercolor flecks. He also received a tattoo of the name “Prince”, for his son below his eye, the word “Karma” above his eyebrow and the word “Freedom” on his forehead. Carter’s new tattoo might not be the best technical work we’ve ever seen and we certainly could have recommended a handful of better artists for the job. However, the piece has an important meaning.

Carter shared that the butterfly is a tribute to her late sister Leslie Carter, who died in 2012 at the age of 25 from a drug overdose.

“Life is such a valuable learning lesson IF you still do,” Carter shared in a post about the tattoo. “That said, it’s my body and this tattoo of @tattoo_mike_13 is to commemorate the passing of my sister Leslie Barbara Carter. She was an incredible mother and was nothing more than someone I looked up to. I always wanted to make her proud. Leslie, I know you’re in heaven. I feel you inside. The things you taught me and your favorite color being blue, you were a Gemini and you weren’t afraid of anything.”

Carter goes on to explain that this piece is also a cover-up for an existing tattoo, the name “Melanie” for his son’s mother. “And yes. It’s a cover up, but I won’t allow Laos to be with someone who clearly hasn’t shown that she loves me, it’s okay. My heart is healing fast,” he said. explained Carter in his message. Carter got that tattoo back in March 2020, and the couple separated for the second time in February 2022.
